Product Description
UV-783 is a ready-blended 1:1 combination of oligomeric UV-944 and monomeric UV-770. The pairing captures the strengths of both chemistries: UV-944 provides long-term permanence and extraction resistance, while UV-770 contributes fast radical scavenging for immediate protection after molding or film blowing.
This balance makes UV-783 a general-purpose stabilizer for polyolefins with outdoor service — from PE greenhouse films and shrink films to PP injection-molded garden furniture and material handling pallets. Formulators gain single-SKU simplicity with consistent batch-to-batch blend ratios.
Typical loadings are 0.2–0.8 wt%. Aolong UV-783 is pre-blended and homogenized under QC control, with blend ratio verified by HPLC in each batch certificate.
