Manufacturing & Quality Control
Our Suzhou production base operates dedicated workshops for photoinitiators, HALS, UV absorbers, phosphorus flame retardants and antioxidants, with a designed annual capacity of 12,000 tonnes. Automated DCS-controlled reactors, nitrogen-blanketed storage and dust-free packing lines protect product purity from reaction to drum.
Every batch is analyzed in our in-house laboratory by HPLC, GC, Karl Fischer and UV-Vis spectrophotometry against internal standards that are stricter than industry norms. Retention samples are kept for two years, and full traceability from raw material lot to customer order number is maintained in our QMS.
