Product Description
UV-2020 is an oligomeric hindered amine formed by condensing hexamethylenediamine with cyanuric chloride, capped with di-n-butylamine and N-butyl tetramethylpiperidylamine; MW 2600–3400. The triazine backbone provides outstanding processing heat stability, while the oligomeric structure ensures low volatility and extraction resistance.
The loading window is wide: PP fibers 0.1–1.4%, PP/HDPE tapes 0.1–0.8%, thick-walled parts 0.05–1.0%, and LDPE/LLDPE/EVA films 0.1–1.0%. It also contributes long-term thermal stability in filled PP and carbon-black systems, and suits POM, PA, PU and PVC.
For light-colored applications, combine with UV absorbers UV-326/UV-328 to control initial color shift. Aolong UV-2020 is a slightly yellowish granule, melting range 120–150 °C, with a COA for every batch.
