Product Description
UV-119 is a high-molecular-weight hindered amine built by condensing triazine rings with pentamethylpiperidine groups, MW 2285.6 — far above low-molecular grades such as UV-770. The large molecule delivers low volatility, anti-migration and extraction resistance, with minimal loss during high-temperature processing and long outdoor service.
Compared with conventional low-molecular HALS, UV-119 is lower in basicity and more compatible with acidic fillers such as talc and with pigmented systems, improving color retention in colored polyolefins. It has proven applications in PP fibers, talc-filled PP, TPO automotive parts, PE agricultural films and powder coatings.
Aolong UV-119 is a white to off-white solid, melting range 146–150 °C, with consistent batch purity. Combine with UV absorbers UV-326/UV-531 and antioxidants 1010/168 for a complete weathering and processing stability package.
