Product Description
PX-200 is an oligomeric aryl phosphate based on resorcinol, delivering halogen-free flame retardancy to PC/ABS alloys — the material of choice for laptop housings, monitor shells, chargers and telecom enclosures. Its phosphorus content of approximately 9% acts in the condensed phase, promoting char formation that both PC and ABS phases share.
Compared with lower molecular weight phosphates, PX-200's oligomeric structure reduces volatility and migration dramatically, preventing fogging, blooming and hydrolytic loss during the service life of consumer electronics. It also preserves the impact strength of PC/ABS blends better than halogenated alternatives.
Typical loadings are 8–12 wt% in PC/ABS (PC-rich) for UL 94 V-0 at 1.5 mm, and higher for 5VA requirements. Aolong PX-200 offers consistent viscosity and phosphorus content per batch with low color for light housings.

Packaging & Storage
250 kg steel drum or 1,250 kg IBC. Store cool and dry; shelf life 24 months in original sealed packaging.
