Product Description
BDP is an oligomeric phosphate ester built on bisphenol-A, offering the highest molecular weight and lowest volatility among mainstream aryl phosphates. It is specified in premium engineering applications — thin-wall PC/ABS, modified PPO (PPE/HIPS), and TPU — where long-term thermal exposure demands minimal FR loss.
Its condensed-phase char mechanism achieves UL 94 V-0 in PC/ABS at 10–14 wt% loading and V-0/5VA in modified PPE housings. BDP also acts as a processing aid, slightly reducing melt viscosity of highly filled compounds.
Aolong BDP is manufactured with tightly controlled oligomer distribution and hydrolytic stability, batch-verified by GPC and phosphorus assay for critical electronics formulations.
