Product Description
Antioxidant 1076 is a monophenolic, high molecular weight primary antioxidant whose long octadecyl ester chain gives it outstanding solubility in nonpolar systems — polystyrene, ABS, HIPS, polyolefins and hot-melt adhesives — where it protects without blooming or haze formation.
In styrenic polymers, 1076 preserves impact strength and prevents yellowing during high-temperature injection molding. In EVA, adhesives and lubricants, its low volatility maintains protection through extended heat exposure.
Typical loadings are 0.05–0.3 wt%, often blended with phosphite AO-168 or thioester synergists. Aolong 1076 is crystallized to ≥98.0% assay with very low color for crystal-clear styrenic products.
