What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Standard grades start from 25 kg (one carton or fiber drum). Sample quantities of 100–500 g are available free of charge for qualified formulators — you only cover the courier cost.
Do you provide free samples and TDS/MSDS documents?
Yes. We provide 100–500 g samples, TDS, MSDS and COA free of charge. Regulated items such as certain solvents-based photoinitiators are shipped with full dangerous-goods documentation where applicable.
Which quality standards do your products meet?
All products are manufactured under ISO 9001:2015. Typical assay is ≥99% (HPLC) for photoinitiators and ≥96–99% for stabilizers, depending on grade. Every shipment includes a batch-specific COA, and retention samples are kept for two years.
How do you support REACH and other regulatory requirements?
Key products are REACH pre-registered for the EU market. We support customers with TSCA, K-REACH and other declarations, and can arrange SGS third-party testing when required by your market.
What are your lead time and shipping options?
In-stock items ship within 3–7 working days after payment confirmation. We ship by international express (DHL/FedEx) for samples, and by sea or air freight for volume orders from Shanghai port — FOB, CIF and DAP terms are available.
Can you match a competitor's specification or develop a custom grade?
Yes. Share the competitor TDS or your target specifications and our R&D team will evaluate feasibility, typically providing a matched sample within 2–4 weeks.
